Service Standards & Limitations
Best-effort delivery
Our 24-hour delivery time is a target we work hard to meet, not a guarantee. During periods of high demand delivery may take longer. If we expect a significant delay, we'll let you know via WhatsApp or email.
Scores are indicative
The match / readiness score is an AI-generated assessment designed to help you present yourself. It is not a professional evaluation and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.
AI-generated content
Videos are produced by AI from the materials you provide and may contain minor imperfections in pronunciation, animation, or phrasing. You approve your script before generation.
Your remedy
If your video has a material defect, we'll regenerate it once free of charge. If you're still unsatisfied, we'll refund the order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Service provided "as is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim other warranties, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost job opportunities).
We may decline orders
We can refuse or refund any order at our discretion — for example, if the materials you submit are unusable or the content violates our rules — with a full refund.
Third parties
We rely on third-party providers (payment, AI generation, hosting) and are not liable for their outages, though we'll always try to make things right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
